I am a wife and a mother of 2 boys and a girl. I work full time and go to school part time. Needless to say I am a very busy person. Meals need to be easy and take the least amount of time possible to prepare. Although life seems to never slow down for me, I can definitely say without a doubt, there is never a dull moment in my house!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Cheesecakes. I made lots of cheesecakes when my Grandma was sick and that is all she wanted to eat. Now that she is gone, I can't say I really make too many cheesecakes, but if I do, I always think of her and smile!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Homemade Icing. Terrible disaster. Messy, runny, toothbreaking sweet! I will just let Betty Crocker do it for me from now on.
