I have been cooking for family since the fresh age of 4. I fondly remember my mother shopping for the party goodies I would create for the adult parties on New Years' Eve!!! I love making food for people and seeing their faces enoying it!!
Making holiday dinner for over 400 people for my husband's union members. I single handedly made hams, turkeys, dressing, real mashed potatoes, gravey, relish trees, sparkling punch, decorated cakes, 3 veggies, and rolls. Everyone raved for months and it ended up my designated role to fill yearly there after!!! I so enjoyed myself!!!
Boiling over tapioca on a glass-top stove!!! EWWWWWWWW!!!!
There are no mistakes in cooking, it can always turn out to be a fantastic new discovery!!!
