About Me
No profile added.
I love to cook. When I get older I want to be able to do somethng great. Part of me is scared to dream big but I am willing to go where ever the Lord wants me. Some day I want to go to cooking school and get a book published.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Valentines Day 2008. Just my family was at home so I made a nice meal for all of us. First there was pord stakes cooked in spagetti sauce with parcly sprincaled over the top for coler. Then I made rice and steamed veggies for the side dishes with a salad also. Then for disert, I spent a long time making Cream Cherry Blitzes. Basicly, crepes with a cream cheese filling and caned cherry inside with choclate sauce jently drizzaled over the top. Even though I forgote to put on the rice and we did not eat untill about 9:00 o'clock p.m. it was a big sucsess and my mom and dad toled a bunch on friends how great it was. It was not only very satisfieing, but it was a very fun meal to make.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Winter 2007, cooking for the N.W.H.P.U. I had made a venison stir fry but the sauce was all wrong. It was bitter and over powering. The texture was gewy and the smell was horid. I was cooking for friends that day and even though it was awfull they all tryed to be encoraging.
