I like to eat. But more than that I like to cook. I intend to go to culinary school to become a chef. I'm from the south. I have alot of old fashioned cooking techniques. I love exotic food. I like everything.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
When I was fourteen, I baked my mother's dream wedding cake. It was absolutely delicious and beautiful. Unfortunately, my nephew ate most of it on the way to the wedding.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
When I was 6, I attempted to make a box of Macaroni & Cheese. I poured all of the ingredients together in a pot of hot water all at once, and couldn't understand why it was just a powdery, watery, raw noodle mess. I didn't bother to read the directions. Lesson learned!
My Food For Thought
I really like calamari. I'd love to learn how to make it.
