I work as a sub for food service in our school district.I also love my work at the local family farms during the spring , summer, and fall-Christmas times. I'm a wife of 21 years and a mom.I love animals and I draw comics and cartoons for my hobby.I garden and research & try different ethnic cooking styles.My family and our best friends share a huge garden we plant and care for. Another couple we are close with, we race cars on the drag strip for fun.
I taught myself to cook through cooking shows and Taste of Home. I can now do just about anything in the kitchen, and without recipes at times, and it still keeps getting better! When I got married.."oh my poor husband!"
Forgot to put a lid on my blender and covered the kitchen ceiling, walls and floor, not to mention everything "in" there, with strawberry smoothy!
I'm thankful for crazy schedules, a kitchen full of unwashed dishes, piled up laundry. Because it means I have a happy family that is involved with each others lives, a house with food to feed them each day,a job to bring in the income,and clothing for them to wear.Amen
