After a 15 year career in Investment Banking that took me around the USA, I am now the Convention Manager for a large hotel in Minneapolis, MN. I sort of fell into the business - but in the Convention and Catering business - how can you not love food!!! I always enjoyed cooking and now, when I'm not at the hotel, I have my own Private Chef business which keeps me and my long time girlfriend busy on the weekends!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Was hired to cook for a Holiday party - five hours long and I put out 12 appetizers over four hours - everything from stuffed mushrooms to crab cakes...My sous chef and I were exhausted by the end of the night! But the party was a hit!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Too many to even start!
