I am a teacher living in a chef's mind - I want to learn how to cook better for me and my family - which I am living with my boyfriend and our dog and cat. It is hard just cooking for 2, but I am learning.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Cooking Easter dinner for my family. I saved a ton of money by purchasing a ham at Publix and using the Boar's Head Maple Brown Sugar rub on the ham. It costs $20 total and tasted just like Honey Baked Ham! It was amazing!!!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I left the stove on low all night without realizing it! It ended up not being a disaster thank goodness!!
My Food For Thought
I love food and food doesn't love me - well I guess it does because it seems to linger around in my mid section! haha!
