About Me
No profile added.
I am a 20 year old college student. I will be graduating in August, almost a year early, with my Bachelor's in Psychology. In 2011 I plan to attend Graduate school to get my Masters in School Psychology. I love to cook for my fiance and I can't wait to start cooking as husband and wife!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Stuffed chicken! I never thought I could make something so appealing. I butterflied the chicken near perfectly, stuffed it with whatever I had in the fridge, breaded it with Italian Bread Crumbs and drizzled over some butter melted with garlic. FANTASTIC. I make it when I'm cooking for others because it's always sure to impress and is easy to suit anyone's taste.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Ugh. Fried mac n cheese. After going to the Cheesecake Factory and having their DELICIOUS fried mac n cheese (WAY better than the stuff from Friday's!) I decided to go out, buy a deep fryer and try it. It turned out BLAND, fell apart and tasted almost stale. Needless to say, I gave up that endeavor after many trials and stick to letting the Cheesecake Factory make it!
My Food For Thought
Cooking is an adventure for all of your senses. It should be something enjoyable. Play some good music, have a good conversation, try new and exciting recipes. Whatever it takes, just make it a fun time!
