I love to cook and bake although my resources are limited in my tiny kitchen. I wash the dishes and my boyfriend puts them away so I'm constantly searching for the right pan or utensil. The gas oven takes 30 min to warm up to 350, and then it's innaccurate. And my cupboards and drawers are really old and don't like to open or stay closed. So it's always an adventure!
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
My giant six-layer pumpkin cake that I made for my family on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately it was so pretty no one would cut into it!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I tried to make duck. It was tough and dry and awful. My good natured boyfriend gnawed through an entire duck breast, but I threw mine away immediatly!
