I am a registered nurse and a part-time student. I love to cook- especially spicy dishes, but I am busy so quick and easy or crock-pot works for me! Healthy cooking is my passion. I see many diseases that are secondary to a poor diet. It is a challenge to make low fat food taste fantastic so the kids and hubby don't know it's good for them. Light and Tasty is a great resource.
