My name is Joanie and I live in North Ogden, Utah. I have been a Utah girl my entire life. I am married and have one son. I have worked for the federal government for 27 years now. I am employed at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. But I have worked for DLA and for NASA. I love to cook but would say that baking is my favorite. I have a cook book collection like no other. My husband says I have a little problem ...! :o) My goal is to cook 10 recipes out of every recipe book I own ... I don't know if I will ever get there - but it is my goal.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I bake the most perfect cookies of anyone I know. I am pleased with my baking knowledge and abilities.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Hhhmmm ... I have burned my fair share of meals. I can't think of any that would be classified a "disaster"
My Food For Thought
~ Never allow someone to be your priority while allowing yourself to be their option …
My Interests
Baking; camping; boating; family; golfing; I am an avid NFL football fan; I kind of like the NBA and I enjoy a great sense of humor!
