My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI once made peanutbutter cookies and my head clearly wasn't in it. I was racing throught the recipe, had a one-cup measuring cup in my hand, and saw that the next ingredient was salt. Instead of adding 1 teaspoon of salt, I dumped in a cup of salt without thinking. You should have seen the look on my husbands face when I pulled the cookies out of the oven and he took a bite of that cookie!
