Full-time Wife, Mommy, and student...I have limited time to cook so I need to have tried and true recipes when I cook so I don't waste my valuable time! There is nothing more satisfying than seeing my husband and daughter happy with full tummies! :)
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I made a very complex Pad THai recipe from the food network's web site. It took sooo long to prep and cook! It was delicious but, this could also have been listed under my biggest disaster as my guests waited 3 hrs for dinner!! Lesson learned...never make a recipe for the first time for dinner guests unless you plan on involving them in the process! :) lol
