I am a wife,mom,and meemaw and love it! I help out at church when I can;my husband is retired and I help him with his woodworking hobby when he needs me. I LOVE and collect cookbooks and can sit and look through them like some people do catalogs!Cedar Springs,Mi. has been home for going on 16 years. I was raised in Big Rapids,Mi.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
There have been many,but the one that stands out was the first pecan pie I made after being newly married..... the recipe said to 'chop' the pecans,so I thought the quickest way would be to use my blender. Guess it was a little much....the pecans looked like sawdust!!
My Interests
I love keeping up our home and spending time with friends and family;quilting,crocheting,hand and machine embriodery,scrapbooking,trying new crafts,gardening and,of course,cooking are things of interest.
