I'm a busy girl! I'm 28, married with an almost 3 year old daughter. I teach high school social studies at a small rural school. I have a hectic life between work and home, but love my country life!
Getting fried chicken right the very first time! It was juicy and the coating was golden and crunchy! I'm still perfecting my spice combo, but I think I've got the technique!
Fried pies! I can't ever get them to seal. I've tried water, flour, forks, and pinches. Nothing works. Needless to say, I ended up with chocolate oil one time. YUCK! The house smelled for 2 days.
I'm a teacher, so my motto is: "It's my job to make sure you don't grow up stupid...it's bad for the world."
