I work in the food service industry and have for over 30 years, at a Christian school, year round Christian camps, volunteering, catering on the side, and now in an assisted living facility.
Being Food service manager for over 16 years at a year round Christian camp with 4 kitchens serving at times 6 different programs, and supervising 10 cooks and about 20 teenage staff.
There have been several but one of the first. Putting in a 1/4 cup of salt in brownies instead of 1/4 tsp - when I was just starting to cook.
Feeding the spiritual hunger is more important than feeding people physically.
