I am 63 years old. Married 44 years. We spent 26 years in the Navy. We have lived on the east coast, San Francisco Bay area. 2 years in the Phillipines and three years in Naples Italy. We are retired and enjoying life. I have 4 grown children, 3 boys and 1 daughter. I have two grandaughters, 21 and 16. We just moved into a new house and share it with daughter and 16 year old grandaughter. We have three dogs that let us share the house. A 12 year old doxie, CoCo. A 7 year golden retriever, Daisy. And a 5 year old Malties, Sassy. I am a type II diabetic who has had weight loss surgery 13 years ago and am doing very well. I have not gained any of my weight back.
Cooking for 4 teenagers everyday I consider a cooking triumph. I fix dinner every Sunday for my kids and family.
Cooking vegetarian Lasagna... All the family drove to Burger King, except DH who was polite.
I am a old fashioned wife and mother who believes a clean house, hot cooked meal and lots of hugs and kisses go a long way.
