About Me: I am a 37 year old SAHM to 2 year old Seth. DH and I have been married for 13 years - he is the greatest guy ever. Vet tech by education and have been working for 14 years. Just moved so decided to stay at home with DS and enjoy my time with him. I make at least two new recipes a week - usually from this website.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Getting to stay at home with my two year old and get to cook all sorts of new recipes!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: When I was about nine and making a chocolate cake from scratch, I left the flour out! Yuck - it turned out like a big black sponge!

My Food For Thought: Live life to it's fullest and take time to smell the roses - it goes by much to quickly!
