I'm a 35 y/o divorcee with four children. I moved to Texas less than a year ago with the idea of making different meals because I was tired of cooking and eating the same stuff everyday. So I bought my first Taste of Home while I was shopping and I've been cooking great quick meals ever since.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Making salmon and mashed potatoes with parsley. The salmon was terrific the mashed potatoes came out green. I was the color red when I fed the children.
