About Me: There's not much to tell really. My honey asked me to marry him Apr. 17, 2008 and I said yes. (We never got to get married. My honey passed away on May 28, after a 9 month battle with lung cancer. What ticks me off is he never smoked in his whole life!)

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Any time I make something for a reunion and come home with an empty plate. That's when I know it's good.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: When I was 8 and beginning to learn to cook. I thought if you turned the fire up higher things would cook faster. It did all right. My bacon was a charcoal lump after being on fire and the fire dept was called by a neighbor.
