I am 54 and married for 21 years to Danny. No children. Presently working as a waitress at a small truck stop, but have done everything in the restaurant business up to and including being a general manager at SteaknShake. Was diagnosed diabetic 6 years ago, but after losing 50 pounds, I am not diabetic, but do have to watch very carefully so it doesn't take over again.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Making Oyster sage stuffing that tasted like my dads.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
When I was 8, I made brownies for the first time and put way too much salt in them. Yuck! Even mom couldn't eat them.
My Food For Thought
Chocolate of course. I am a chocoholic for sure.
