About Me: I am 54 and married for 21 years to Danny. No children. Presently working as a waitress at a small truck stop, but have done everything in the restaurant business up to and including being a general manager at SteaknShake. Was diagnosed diabetic 6 years ago, but after losing 50 pounds, I am not diabetic, but do have to watch very carefully so it doesn't take over again.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Making Oyster sage stuffing that tasted like my dads.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: When I was 8, I made brownies for the first time and put way too much salt in them. Yuck! Even mom couldn't eat them.

My Food For Thought: Chocolate of course. I am a chocoholic for sure.
