About Me

I retired from a law enforcement career and now spend my time enjoying my family. I have been cooking and creating new recipes for over 40 years. Ive been happily married for over 20 years with four daughters and a grandson. I was raised in the Florida Keys which exposed me to Spanish, Cuban and Caribbean styles of cooking. After moving to Indiana I have used my experience in Southern cooking to liven up the Northern dishes I prepare.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Several years ago I created a cinnamon, raisin bagel that was featured in Taste of Home and the Taste of Home annual cookbook.
My Food For Thought
After many years of cooking I still make many mistakes in the kitchen. Never give up, keep trying and you will be surprised how your kitchen skill will improve. Cooking is a art that bring family's together and helps future generation carry on traditions.
