Work a full time job that I love, and I still find time to cook and have fun. I have thrown away all of my other cookbooks except my taste of home cook books I just got engaged so I am so happy that my soon to be husband does not mind all my cookbooks. We are watching our weight, so I do a lot of "make over recipies" and there are a lot of his favorites on this site. thank you!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My Christmas cake 4 years ago. Thank goodness I tested it before. I forgot to add the eggs and it was a very bad tasting cake. I tested it 3 weeks before Christmas to see if it was as good as I thought it looked. My first one was not! Thank goodness I tried it out first. The other was when I made a lot of cookies for church and when I was loading them up for packing, I dropped four dozen cookies on the floor and the dogs went crazy. ( luckily they did not get sick)
