About Me: I am a 45 year old woman who is a former lab technician.I put together a small cookbook in 2005 called,"Feeding The Flock,"and am currently working on a second one.Through my book,I became a Lifetime Member of Cmbridge Who's Who in Executives,Professionals and Entreprenuers.I am also a Life Member of the Cooking Club of America as well as a product tester for them.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Getting three recipes published in Gooseberry Patch Cookbooks.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Trying to make home made applesauce by memory....I put twice as much sugar in and half as much water.The spoon stuck to the sauce pan cover,so when I lifted the spoon,the cover came with it.There was smoke in my house for three days!
