About Me
No profile added.
Christian, 49, divorced, three grown children (29,24,21), work night shifts in an Alzheimer's Unit. Come from a family of 10 children. My dad died when I was 15, my handicapped daughter died 15yrs ago, and my youngest brother commited suicide 7 yrs ago. I like to look for the positves. Life is too short to dwell on the unhappy stuff. It helps shape who we are but doesn't have to BE who we are.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
The only one that really stands out in my memory is the time my children told me that I make better chicken than the Colonel.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I remember baking cookies when I was about 10 and I burned my hand through the potholder and dropped a pan of cookies on the floor. My dad always teased me after that about bouncing the cookies on the floor to see if they were done.
My Food For Thought
Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning, satan shudders & says...
"Oh no....she's awake!!"
