I have been diagnosed with Celiac only about 1 1/2 years now. I did however learn about it when my mother was diagnosed 13 years ago. Glad to see a major magazine jump on board with this! I have been after others to do so as well.
mastering some of my mother's recipies. I am the only one out of 5 who still cooks like she did.
