My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Gee, there are so many, LOL.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Putting my lasagna into an oven and accidentally turning on the self-cleaning feature, so the oven went up to 500 degrees and locked the door. By the time we got the oven cooled down enough to open, the lasagna was done... and it came out perfect!
