Married for 29 years to a wonderful man, one DS one DGS and one sweet cocker spaniel who is as spoiled as the rest of the family. I work outside the home as a PARA in the behavioral disorder class in one of our local schools. When home I am busy with family and household chores and love it. Update: We just adopted a male 3 month old cocker that was abandoned in an apartment. We named him Buddy, but I think Liza would call him Trouble! hehe
My greatest cooking success was when I tried to make one of my grandmothers recipes that was handed down for many years. It had no "cup" measurement, just hands full of this and pinches of that. It's not your typical fricassee by any means either. It turned out Delicious. I was so proud of myself.
My greatest disaster isn't really a disaster, but one time I made tator tot hotdish and it wasn't baked long enough...I set it on the table and most of the meat was still raw. My family will not let me live that down. I now pre-fry the hamburger. hehe
Anything worth doing is worth doing right.
