My Greatest Cooking Triumph
My greatest cooking success was when I tried to make one of my grandmothers recipes that was handed down for many years. It had no "cup" measurement, just hands full of this and pinches of that. It's not your typical fricassee by any means either. It turned out Delicious. I was so proud of myself.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My greatest disaster isn't really a disaster, but one time I made tator tot hotdish and it wasn't baked long enough...I set it on the table and most of the meat was still raw. My family will not let me live that down. I now pre-fry the hamburger.
My Food For Thought
Anything worth doing is worth doing right.
