My name is Maria, but my nickname is "Loon." I don't mind if you use either when communicating with me. Very family oriented. Born with moderate Cerebral Palsy. Cooking and baking have always been a large part of my life. Raised in an Italian household. Love to cook and bake from scratch often. Also enjoy healthy, flavorful, quick meals. Anything homemade is "the best." I am still madly in love with the only man I ever kissed. We've been together since August 7, 1999. Any other questions, please ask!

My triumphs with cooking or baking, are when I just go for it! Whether it's learning a new technique to an old recipe, or trying something for the very first time.
