I have a household of four, plus one very spoiled cat named Milo and a very prissy dog named Missy. We love trying new recipies, so I am always either browsing the web or looking thru many magazines. My first stop when looking for something new is to check out TOH's site. Love it :)
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
i would have to say making my first homemade apple pie. I found the recipie in a TOH cookbook, and it turned out so perfect that i have kept the recipie for many years. My family just loves it when I bake it.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Making homemade french onion soup. Not sure at all what i did wrong, but it was so disgusting i had to throw it all out. the house smelled of very stong onion for days and days. Our eyes even burned some for days. it was horrible
