I've been a single mother for 15 years. I have 2 children. DD, Katie, is 18 yrs old and most of the time we get along fairly well... although last year (2008) was a tough one for us. DS, Kyle is 15 yrs old, he's still sweet and loving... although he's definitely ALL BOY! LOL!! I work two jobs to support us, but we still make sure to find time to spend together. DD is a high school senior, and DS is a freshman... Doesn't seem possible. What else would you like to know? Just send me a msg.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Not poisoning anyone?? LOL! No, really. I'd have to say that my greatest triumph would teaching my both of my children to be wonderful cooks.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I guess that would be when I set the kitchen on fire, making toast! LOL!! Gimme a break, though I was only 5 years old!
