I am happily married to my high school sweetheart! We have been married for 44 years and have 2 beautiful daughters, 1 great son and 3 darling grandchildren ...... Grace who is almost 13, Patrick who is 8 and baby Finn who recently turned one. My family and friends are truly the most important things in my life.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Baking my mom's famous holiday sweet breads. Prune or nut filled goodies that remind me so much of my childhood. They have come to taste (almost) as delicious as hers! I hope I've done Mom proud. :0)
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Happens frequently ...... Raw eggs smashing on the kitchen floor when I prepare to bake with them OR leaving out an important ingredient because I am rushing!
