About Me: I'm a pretty easy-going person. I love to laugh, and pretty much nothing gets to me. It takes a lot to upset or gross me out. I keep busy/fit with my 4 kids. Between their sports and social lives.........I'm on my toes. I went to college and got a degree so that I can have children and cater to their EVERY needs......cooking, chauffering, personal banking, fairy godmother, nurse, therapist, referree, coach, teacher, etc... (LOL)

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Hmmm.......too many to list. I guess if I have to narrow it down, it would have to be when I was in my late teens, and I decided to cook for my dad (1st time). He loved my pepper steak so much, that he told my mom that I made it better than she did!!!!!!!

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Trying to make a cake for a family Holiday get-together a few years ago, and NOTHING turned out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The meringue didn't come out, the batter was too runny, the oven decided to go on a melt-down, and I ended up breaking 3 crystal wine glasses!!!!!!
