About Me: My name is Kim and I am a 41 year old stay at home mom. My husband is in the army and we have 2 kids.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I love to cook Mexican Food. While I have never come up with an original recipe, I can follow others quite well and I have been known to modify them to suit my families likes and dislikes.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: I grew up cooking pancakes in an electric skillet. The first time I tried to make them in a pan on the top of the stove was a major disaster. The outsides were burnt and the insides were raw.
