About Me
No profile added.
Enjoy living in a remote town with clear skies, no smog, by one of the last few freshwater rivers in Ontario. I am happily married to my husband of 18 years and we have a beautiful daughter. I'm currently at home due to disability with back condition, however do my best to stay as active as I can. Looking at some career choices that I can endure with my condition; hoping to get back to writing. I would love to be a published writer someday.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
This would have to be cooking Christmas Dinner for my husband's family one year which totaled about 30 people (adults & children). Our dinner covered your traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, including my delicious trifle & assorted cookies for dessert!
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
I can only think of one early in my marriage and I'm sure this has happens to many people every year: I forgot to take out the neck & a bag containing the heart & liver inside the turkey before roasting it in the oven.
