My Greatest Cooking TriumphToo many to name here but the most rewarding is just having my little sons love what I cook for them.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterBacking into the open oven door when my sister was cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Sis didn't tell me the door was open as I was backing up. Fell on top of it and broke the oven door right off, spilling scalding hot grease (sister was basting at the time) all over my pants. All came out ok though as I fixed the door and the turkey was awesome. To God be the glory.
My Food For ThoughtChildren are a blessing, not a burden. Mine are little devils at times too, but it'll get better. Have faith that God will never give you more than you can handle.
My InterestsAll things sports. Grilling. Cooking for my wife and sons. Can't get enough of Top Chef and Chopped TV shows.
