My Greatest Cooking TriumphLearning how to cook at a young age, first thing I made with some help, was a beef pot roast, with carrots and potatoe's. It was a favorite in are family on Sunday afternoons-when Grampa came down to eat with us.
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterTrying to roast a pork roast all night on low tempeture of about 200 or 250. I'd once heard you could do this, but it was so dryed out, it was like shoe leather. It was horrible, I had to basically throw the whole thing away. I never did that again!
