I am a 53 year old woman who has been in the medical field for 34 years. I now teach Medical Coding and Billing in my new hometown. My sepcialty is Worker's Compensation Law as it pertains to the medical industry. I adore my grandson who is 2 1/2 and my two sons who are 31 and 33. I have been married 34 years to a man who is now retired and driving me nuts!
My mother died when I ws a little girl, I learned the hard way to cook for an entire family. By the time I was 12 I was hosting dinner parties, but the time I was 20 my husband and I had a catering business which I managed but he did the hard work, the cooking. It was successful but I could not keep up with that and my career and family. My greatest dream would be to open a small shop for treating customers to traditional high tea.
Forgot to turn on the oven to the proper temperature for the Thanksgiving turkey. It takes a long time to cook a bird at 200 degrees. All was ready except the bird....in comes KFC :o).
Never put two "know it all" cooks in the same kitchen, it is a recipe for disaster.
