When I get to Heaven I hope I have a big kitchen and plenty of ingredients to cook with and lots of people to eat and enjoy the food I make. The best part is that there won't be any calories and we can eat as much as we want and not get fat.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Making Pizza Loaf. Watching my son-in-laws waiting for the next loaf to come out of the oven. They pretend to be listening to what I'm saying but actually they are looking over my shoulder checking to see if it's done.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Trying to make Payday Candy Bars. Cooked the caramel filling too long and they were hard as a rock. You'd have to visit the dentist if you bit into one.
My Food For Thought
I always ask my God to bless my hands as I cook and bake. Always successful when I do this. Don't come to eat at my house if you want light, no fat, or healthy. Sorry, I love to eat and it has to taste yummy. Notice I didn't check any "special recipe needs' ha ha. I'll worry about exercising tomorrow.
