I am originally from a small town in north Iowa, an only child to loving parents. I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1999 with a B.S. in Mass Communications/Public Relations and a minor in French studies. After working for 6 years in the mortgage industry, I am now employed at the University of Minnesota, where I am an Exec./Administrative Assistant and also taking pre-reqs for Medical or Law school. I live in Minnetonka, MN with my boyfriend of 4 years, where we enjoy boating and the outdoors.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Attempting to make a pie crust from scratch..it was VERY dry and crumbly and I have not tried making another one since!!
