I have always liked food and I learned to cook early, but in the last couple of years my interest has increased dramatically. I want to discover and try lots of great new recipes. I want to share what I've learned so far.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I found a fantastic pot roast recipe in a very old cookbook and improved it, my family loves it and that makes me feel great. I also make really good lasagna.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
My mom makes fantastic potato pancakes, she learned to make them from her mother. Unfortunately every attempt to pass them on to me has failed. No matter how many times or how hard I try I can't make them. Something always goes wrong, usually they turn green.
