I am a young mother of 2 beautiful girls and I'm also pregnant with our first boy :) I love cooking, baking, scrapbooking and reading. I'm a stay at home mom, and I love every busy, crazy minute of it.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
This past summer I was in the process of decorating my daughter's birthday cake (of course she wanted a disney princess castle theme in the shape of a castle) when the whole thing started tumbling down. I had already put 6 hrs into this project and it was 1 AM and I was dead tired. I was tempted to throw the wholething in the trash and just buy a cake but I fixed it instead and another 6 hrs later it was finished. It actually turned out quite nicely and my daughter loved it, which is all that matters :)
