About Me: I have a huge sweet tooth. Being recently diagnosed with diabetes, that doesn't help. I enjoy SIMPLE things ... especially when it comes to cooking and baking. I like casseroles, crock-pot meals, and make-ahead meals.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: This past year I've begun to learn canning! I don't garden, so I'm not canning that stuff ... but stuff like beef soup, sloppy joes, barbeque, and even pumpkin bread. It's a GREAT help to have that stuff on hand during our busy seasons. I want to do more canning like that!

My Food For Thought: If I'm not sitting down eating it ... it doesn't really count ... does it? Same goes for if I just break off pieces ... if it's not whole and complete ... it doesn't really count ... does it?
