About Me: I'm an retired Air Force NCO. Divorced, no children. I'm don't work; I'm on Disability as a result of a broken foot several years ago and now have a chronic pain condition as well as bipolar disorder and Parkinson's disease, so working is pretty much out of the question any more. I live in the great state of Texas, West central texas to be more specific' four hours from everywhere. I'm originally from Vermont; I've been here 15 years. My two sisters live in Southern Maine, which is about the only family I have left.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: I had a Christmas bread recipe published in one of the Taste of Home's Christmas cookbooks! I've had the recipe for quite some time and it's soooo good!
