My Greatest Cooking Triumph: Getting Christmas dinner ready without a mental meltdown.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Trying to make a simple recipe of fruit cocktail cake for my husband. Other ladies seem to do it much better and he just loves it. Mine is always SOGGY.

My Food For Thought: Be good to your friends and help them as they age and need assistance. Before you know it - you may be in the same situation. Keep busy and never feel sorry for yourself - it is a waste of time and energy.
