About Me: I'm blessed to be married to my BESTEST FRIEND. We have been married for twenty-three years. I am the mother of two beautiful young ladies, Brandi, 22, Melissa, 20. I love to cook, in fact it is our family favorite past-time, besides vacationing together. I am the administrator of my church and absolutely love my job. It's not only a job, but a fulfilling ministry. I wear many hats. I am an Arbonne Representative. Arbonne is a wonderful cosmetics company that has changed my skin tremendously! I am proud to be a Rep. Right now I just sell to friends and family. Maybe one day I'll have the time to become a Full Time Rep. I am the Chapter Vice President for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans NorthShore LA -SouthEast MS. A wonderful Fraternal company giving back to it's members and community! I am a Village Ya-Ya. A new group at church working together to raise funds for our new Christian Education Building. Who know where we'll go from there. I am a member of the Southern District Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Youth Board. Working with our YOUTH is my passion. I recently retired as YOUTH Director at our church after 12 years. We recently hired an Associate Pastor and he has more time to commit to our YOUTH than I do as the Church Administrator. Although it's hard to let go, I'll still be VERY involved. The time to dedicate to our YOUTH is very important and will only strengthen our YOUTH Group. Sounds like I'm trying to convince myself. There's lots more to "About Me" probably too much to post here. I've probably already posted too much.

My Greatest Cooking Triumph: For me, my first Thanksgiving FEAST was a triumph. I fed my husbands family, my family and our immediate family. Twelve of us sat at one table in a small kitchen. The menu consisted of Turkey, stuffed merlitons, my secret family recipe of spanish dressing, sweet potatoe casserole, fresh snap beans, broccoli casserole, yeast roles, pumpkin pie, lemon meringue pie and southern sweet iced tea.

My Biggest Kitchen Disaster: Burning water.
