My Greatest Cooking TriumphServing Paella to my future in-laws 40 years ago. I was only 24 and in graduate school. The oven in my apartment wasn't working so I used the oven of my male friends that lived across the street. It all worked out and my in-laws were very impressed. My future husband was definitely hooked!
My Biggest Kitchen DisasterI went through all of the trouble to make a pumpkin pie from scratch. No canned pumpkin for me! Only fresh! For all the trouble I nearly died with the first bite of pumpkin pie. I forgot to add the sugar. Not good at all.
My InterestsPreparing for a party at home. I enjoy the preparation, planning the theme, decorating, setting the menu and preparing all the food. I also enjoy traveling and sightseeing. Seeing theatrical productions and also performing!
