About Me
No profile added.
I am a stay at home mom who lives in New England, New Hamshire to be specific. I love the seasons and different culinary experiences we have up here in Northeast USA. My favorite time of year is Autumn when the air has a nice crip feeling and an abundance of apples, squash, pumpkins, and the like.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
I feel is being on here. I am an avid food blogger and have learned so much from my fellow "foodies" and cherish their friendshipes, tips, hints, good and bad. I like to occasionally "push" myself to make something that scares me, and am often suprised by the excellent results.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
Which one? HAHA Maybe when i had my husband try to push pasta dough through a potato ricer, or the awful blueberry pie i made in 08, that was more like soup. I could go on and on!!
My Food For Thought
An intelligent cook knows how to play with a recipe, going by the book is ok in some cases, but make it your own, and don't be scared!
