About Me
No profile added.
I am a part-time caregiver for a family member and mom to a very active 6 year old. I wouldn't want to have to prepare meals without my slow cookers, Tupperware, & microwave.
My Greatest Cooking Triumph
Learning how to make tortillas from scratch. My mother-in-law taught me how. Now I can't buy tortillas for tacos anymore.
My Biggest Kitchen Disaster
When my husband & I were dating I made a dinner to take to my mother's. I scorched it & thought that I got it out of the kettle in time. No such luck. The time for dinner came. Heating up the food; Oh my it did smell. My husband doesn't have a very good sense of smell and loved it. My family and I couldn't eat it. I have since changed how I make that receipe and don't ruin it any more.
My Food For Thought
What I don't get done today will be there to work on tommorrow. So take the time to play with my family. My son will only be small once.
